We met Richard on our first trip to Tucson from Anaheim, Ca and look at a half dozen homes. Then went out again the next day and looked at some more. Those 2 days Richard really listened to what our wants and desires were in our home. We went back to Anaheim to finish the sale of that house and pack up for the move then a week later Richard called us as he was walking through a beautiful home with an incredible view of the valley and a nice size yard. It was the perfect home so the offer was accepted and the escrow started. Next thing you know 45 days later we out of Anaheim and proud residents of Tucson.
