My wife and I was looking on the internet and found this house 10 minutes after it went on line wee called about it and they hooked us up with Richard. He took pictures of the house as we requested as we were in north Carolina and house was in Rio Rico Az, it needed some minor work and he had it taken care of..we are in the house for 2 yrs and are completely happy with it So we bought this house on line thanks Richard
